I did the application and trade in paperwork online with Rayan. He was a breeze to work with. We had 2 phone calls but mostly text because of my work. They had everything done and prepared for us so we could come in that day. All we did at the dealership was test drive, sign papers and drive away in our new X3. Rayan was very nice, patient, and put us at ease. The finance manager Nick was also very good to us. Baron has a great team!
